Jiffy Pots are not re-useable; they are biodegradable pots made from a mixture of recycled paper, peat & basic nutrients to aid plant growth. Fill with compost & plant your seedlings planted in the usual way. When it's time for planting-out the plant is not removed from the pot - pot & plant go into the ground together! Slots at the base allow the roots to spread out. By the end of the growing season the pot will have almost totally degraded & your plant will have had the benefit of the goodness from the pot.
