Thrips
Leaves short silvery grey trails on leaf and general leaf damage and colour loss
Move very quickly, usually on underside of leaf.
Black dots on underside of leaf is their excretion the larva will grow wings then turn into little flies. During the larva stage they can damage and destroy plants very quickly.
To combat these little critters, take infected leaves off, spray with pesticide.
